Affordable rent in lakeside community
Now available: EARTHQUEST (Canada) for the Environment presents;
Port Burwell's only lodge, located at 16 Wellington Street across from the Post office.

Offering private fully furnished rooms with private 2 piece bathroom. Not all rooms have A/C, so please make sure you call first to make sure you reserve a room with A/C. We also have self-contained fully furnished rooms with full kitchenette and private full bathroom, including showers. These rooms are available for relaxed retirement living in a comfortable lakeside community, short term and long term stays. Fishing, boating, hiking, camping, guided hikes and theatre are activities guests may indulge in. Port Burwell has a pharmacy, restaurants, convenient stores, marina, fish market, provincial park, and affordable public transportation to Simcoe, Tillsonburg and St. Thomas via T-bus. The secured entry property offers optional additional services such as in-house full laundry services, food/meal plan, bicycles, parking, fishing poles and gear. There is a common area kitchen and bathrooms plus lobby for relaxation, reading or eating our delicious home-cooked meals. We are experienced at providing the best living conditions for those wishing to make Port Burwell their retirement home. There is a newly landscaped recreational/social area in the courtyard with gazebo, pergola, tables, chairs, BBQ, (1 free bag of fire wood), gardens and a fire pit. Listings of room types are available on Booking.com and Expedia.ca, but we recommend contacting us directly to reserve rooms and get the best rates. The forms of payment are cash or e-transfer. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to accept credit cards unless you make a reservation via Booking.com, Expedia.ca or Paypal. No pets are allowed. The lodge is an adult living community. If you have children please call and ask if we can accommodate as we do not carry cots, or mattresses for sleeping. If you have a boat with trailer please call ahead to make sure we have available parking space. There will be a fee of $25/night to park a boat/trailer.

Double-sized bed (sleeps 2), fold-out sofa bed (sleeps 2), full sized kitichenette, utensils, plates, pots, pans, coffee maker, A/C, TV with cable and private shower, WiFi, 1 parking spot for 1 vehicle in front of the lodge. This room is located near the front of the building with 2 large bay-sized windows offering a street and court yard view.


Cost (if pay via cash or e-transfer):
Holidays such as Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labor Day: $150/night
Outside holiday dates: $140/night
